✧ SHIPPING POLICY ✧

Processing Times: 1-2 Weeks

Tracked & Untracked Shipping: We are unable to view the status of untracked orders and hence cannot refund or replace your order in the unfortunate incident it is lost.

We strongly recommend tracked shipping to ensure your order is safely delivered. Tracked shipping comes with a tracking code with updates on your order. 

Domestic Delivery: Delivery within Australia typically takes from 4-10 business days to arrive ( from the day of dispatchment). 

International Delivery: International orders may take up to 1-3 months to arrive. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may occur.

UK & EU Customers: We are shipping to the UK and EU. However customers are responsible for any custom fees or import taxes as we do not collect VAT.

Please visit my ETSY Shop which collects VAT on your behalf if you prefer.

All sales and purchases are final. We will not be able to provide refunds or cancels under most circumstances. Please contact us through email or use the "Contact" form with your order number for enquiries.
